Abstract :
The reactive 1:1 intermediate produced from the reaction between 2,6-dimethyl phenylisocyanide or alkyl isocyanide
and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates which was trapped with aromatic aldehydes to yield highly hinderanced and functionalized rare aminofuran derivatives in simple and one-pot method with excellent yields.
