Investigating the degree of organizationsʹʹ readiness to accept knowledge management (a case of agriculture crusade organization, Ardabil branch)

Most experts believe that organizations should look for effective ways to disseminate organizational knowledge in human resources among different levels of the organization. In this study the research method is cause-comparison which aims to investigate the degree of organizationsʹ readiness to accept knowledge management in agriculture crusade organization of Ardebil province. The research population in focus is in all employees of agriculture crusade organization of Ardebil province distributed in different cities of the province from which 152 people have been chosen using random sampling in accordance with Morgan table. In order to collect data a researcher-made questionnaire has been used. Data collected were analyzed by T test using SPSS18 software. The results revealed that agriculture organization has the enough capacity of knowledge management in all aspects and indexes and based on the rates given, indicators of readiness for acceptance of the knowledge management from the viewpoint of the population under study are in the following order 1) infrastructure 2) culture, 3) structure 4) human resource ability 5) change management.
