The problem of effective management in the sphere of housing and communal services

In article results of the current reforming of housing-and-municipal services are considered. Problems in creation and functioning of the managing companies and dwelling owners association are revealed. Approaches to efficient management in sphere of housing-and-municipal services are determined.
