Collectivism and individualism in relation to the work of Russians (under the concept of dynamic system matrices)

This article investigates the historical features of Russians attitude to work. Material is treated using the dynamic system matrices. The purpose of the analysis - identifying the most effective ways of development of Russian society at the present stage, taking into account the peculiarities of Russian workers.
