Standard-legal maintenance and regulation of innovative activities in Voronezh region

This paper considers the problems of legal regulation of innovation activities. Analyses of the normative legal acts ordered to support and develop innovative activities in Voronezh region are implemented. The actual results of innovation activities carried out within the framework of regional programs in the Voronezh region are analyzed and proposals on improvement of legislation in the field of innovative activity are made.
