Local Cohomology of Frobenius Images over Graded Affine Algebras

We study the problem of bounding the exponent needed to annihilate H0m(R/I[q]), where R is a characteristic p ring. The main result is for the case where R is a finitely generated graded algebra over a field, and it has applications in tight closure theory.
