On commutator ideals in free Lie algebras

Let L be a free Lie algebra over a field k, I and J non-trivial proper ideals of L. If I+J≠L then the Schur multiplier, H2(L/[I,J],k), of L/[I,J] is not finite dimensional, and so in particular, L/[I,J] is not finitely presented.
