The cuspidal class number formula for the modular curves X1(22n+1)

The purpose of the paper is to determine the cuspidal class number of the modular curve X1(22n+1). It is a continuation of the previous work of the determination of the cuspidal class number for the modular curves X1(pm) for the case p≠2.
