Homogeneous Character Induction, II Original Research Article

This paper is a sequel to "Homogeneous character induction," by E. B. Kuisch and R. W. van der Waall (J. Algebra149, 1992, 454-471), and to "Sylow p-subgroups of solvable Camina pairs," by E. B. Kuisch (J. Algebra156, 1993, 395-406). A question left open in the latter paper is answered here. In connection to Camina pairs a characterisation of semi-extraspecial groups in terms of zeros of characters is described. All groups in this paper are finite, unless otherwise stated. Notation is standard or self-explanatory.
