Holographic community: Reconceptualizing the meaning of community in an era of health care reform

Despite the call for community consciousness and humanistic values in todayʹs health care reform environment, a clarified meaning of community to help guide redesign efforts is lacking. The Holographic Community is offered as a perspective to understand the meaning of community in new ways.
