Abstract :
From a view point of safety assessment of pesticides applied within a room, three kinds of Fugacity models had been developed: aerosol space spraying (SPRAY-MOM), electric vaporizer (VAPOR-MOM) and broadcast spraying model (CARPET-MOM). In the present study, these models were improved so as to trace the pesticide behavior when room temperature and humidity are varied. The sensitivity analysis clarified that temperature entirely influenced and concentrations and amounts of a pesticide in the three models, while humidity only affected those in the broadcast spraying model. Thus, the modified models now describe time-dependent aerial concentrations and amounts of pesticides on floor, wall and ceiling under various room temperature and humidity conditions.
