Used cars, used environments: How to choose one?

There is an increasing awareness for the need for the generation of new methodologies and procedures for assessing the status of sustainable development in countries. In this paper, a series of simple comparative indices of environmental performance for selected developing countries based upon readily available data and simple graphical techniques are suggested.
