The Weighted Nehari-Dym-Gohberg Problem

The matrix version of Nehariʹs problem adapted to the Wiener class setting as by H. Dym and I. Gohberg is considered here in the more general situation when two weights are included. Solvability conditions and parametric descriptions of the solutions are given. The nonweighted problem is also discussed as a preliminary and particular case.
