A boundary value problem for the poisson equation with multi-scale oscillating Boundary

The paper is concerned with the homogenization problem for the Poisson equation in a domain, a part of whose boundary is rapidly oscillating according to several scales. Such a problem arises in the processing of devices with very small features, such as semiconductors. We construct “homogenized” boundary layers and use them to establish effective approximation to the solution.
