Determining current model of pay income monthly model in education on the base of individual variances

ABSTRACT: The basic aim of this research is investigation of pay model in education organization that how much it can make difference between different people according to their individual differences? For satisfy to the aims of this research, from 12980 persons from employees of education organization of Zanjan, choosen 2554 person in 5 section as a sample, and received the organization and individual variables in the subject from computer system of organization of financial gear of 1388 and used of explain statistic method such as path analysis and discriminant analysis for analysis. After answering to the questions of research, concluded by using of finding this research and the same researches.
