Mathematical model for prediction combine harvester header losses

ABSTRACT: Grain loss due to combine header comprises more than 50% of the entire harvesting losses. This study was performed to estimate and predict the combine header loss at different adjustments of combine header components using regression analysis model. Three main treatments for this study were considered. Each factor with three levels was evaluated in a factorial experiment with four replications.Three factors were considered as input variables and combine header losses was regarded as output variable.
