Abstract :
A series of dibenzodiazepine-10-acetic acid derivatives were synthesized as prototypes to mimic the structural features of the cyclopentapeptide endothelin antagonist 1. Some of the analogs showed moderate affinity for both the ETA and ETB receptors.
