Abstract :
In a series of rhinovirus inhibitors related to Disoxaril, replacement of 3-methylisoxazole with all 3 isomers of pyridine showed the 3-pyridyl isomer most similar to 3-methylisoxazole in spectrum of activity over 15 human rhinovirus serotypes.
