Design, synthesis and evaluation of novel bismustard cross-linked lexitropsins

A novel class of bis(mustard) cross-linked lexitropsins was designed and synthesized. Their interactions with a number of DNA polymers were assessed by CD and ethidium fluorometry. These data were compared with in vitro biological assays of cytotoxicity.
