Adenosine deaminase inhibitors. Synthesis and biological evaluation of chain modified analogs of (+)-EHNA

Unsaturated chain modified analogs of (+)-EHNA have been prepared and evaluated as inhibitors of adenosine deaminase. The geometry appears to play a role in binding to the enzyme.
