A convenient synthetic route to oligonucleotide conjugates

The synthesis of oligodeoxyribonucleotide 13mers conjugated to cholic, folic, lipoic and pantothenic acids through thioether and disulphide bonds is described employing a convenient methodology which involves initial preparation of cysteinyl derivatives of the acids on solid phase.
