  • Abstract
    Five analogues of Ala-Asp-Ser-Asp-Gly-Lys related to lgE with modifications at position 1,2 and 6 have been evaluated for antiallergic activity. One of the peptides (CDRI compound 94/335) was found to exhibit significant activity by oral route in rats. Abstract CDRI Compound 94/335, a hexapeptide exhibited high order of antiallergic activity both by i.p. as well as p.o. route in rats.
