Abstract :
The study was conducted in the farm of Faculty of Agriculture, Varamin- Pishva branch-Iran. The following study was achieved to investigating the effects of bio-fertilizers N-fixer bacteria to reduce using of chemical N fertilizer on quality and quantity characteristics Canola (Brassica napus L -Var Opera). An experiment was conducted in a Split-plot design as base of randomized complete block design with 3 replications. Treatments included 4levels of nitrogen (25%, 50%, 75% and 100 % N chemical recommendations) and bio-fertilizers on four levels (Control, Azotobacter, Azospirillum and with inoculation combined (Nitroxin). The results of analysis of variance revealed that the interactions effects of bio-fertilizers N-fixer bacteria and chemical N fertilizers on the characteristics of grain yield, biological yield, oil percentage, oil yield, protein percentage, protein yield, days to flowering and days to maturity were significant at the 1% and5% levels. In this study, the maximum grain yield (5692.1 a kg/ha-1) ,biological yield(12567.4 Kg ha-1), oil yield(2323 Kg ha-1),seed protein percentage (20.3%),Protein yield(1229.5 Kgha-1) were obtained from consumes 50% N chemical with Nitroxin treatment had no significant difference with consumes 25% chemical N with Nitroxin. Seed protein percentage increased as the amount of Nitrogen. The highest seed protein percentage (24.8%) and days to flowering (182 days) was assigned of consumes 100% N chemical with Nitroxin. For interaction consumes 25% chemical N with control was the best in all traits except for oil percentage and lowest Grain yield(2438 Kgha-1), Biological yield(6142.3 Kgha-1), Oil yield(3 Kg ha-1)and protein yield(591.3 Kg ha-1), days to flowering(168 days) and days to maturity(216.1 days) allocated to the same treatment. These two combinations could be recommended as alternative method for canola fertilization, where they had economic and safely advantages. This idea necessary to more research.
