Abstract :
Given the importance of human resources in the process of sustainable development and the fact that, men and women together make up the organizationʹs human resources, we can say that, women have fundamental role in increasing of the productivity and they most enjoy their development equal to men. In order to eliminate these shortcomings, developed countries, in the last years, have tried to pass through current barriers, by using more from women’s abilities, increase their productivity and achieved remarkable successes. However, in the third world and developing countries, like Iran, these serious shortcomings still exist and the society is not capable of benefitting the potential abilities of half of the population. Therefore, we must identify the barriers of womenʹs employment to provide the context for more development. In our case, social security managers are not appropriately aware of factors of professional promotion and its barriers. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to identify these factors in order to provide an appropriate perspective of women’s professional motives in the branches of this department, social security, to help managers improve their organization.
