Abstract :
A novel dibenzofuran compound designated vialinin B was isolated from dry fruiting bodies of an edible mushroom, Thelephora vialis, and potently inhibits TNF-α production in RBL-2H3 cells (IC50 = 0.02 nM) and is a promising anti-allergic agent.
