Abstract :
ABSTRACT:Lead is undoubtedly one of the active forms of the known elements. In addition to the direct impact on the structure of living things On the physiological characteristics of sugar beet. And because in recent years many studies on the effects of heavy metals on plants is ongoing the purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Pb on physiological traits of sugar beet In this experiment, the effects of (7, 5, 3 and 0 mM) lead to nitrate, the Genotype plains in vitro inside germinator for 15 days on a project RCBD in three replications and Data Using SAS software and Duncanʹs test were studied. The results showed that soluble sugar, proline, catalase and peroxidase levels (P < % 1) showed a significant increase. Peroxidase activity was increased in shoots than roots, while catalase activity in the roots than the shoots.
