Right posterior’ sinus node artery

A post-infarction coronary angiography revealed a sinus node artery originating from the posterolateral branch of the right coronary artery which was named, in this report as the ‘right posterior’ sinus node artery. This artery coexisted with a small left sinus node artery. In addition, no individual atrioventricular node artery was present.
