Join decompositions of pseudovarieties involving semigroups with commuting idempotents

A constructive proof of the equation DH∩ECom=(J∩ECom)logical orH is presented where H denotes any arborescent pseudovariety of groups. In addition, a new class of pseudovarieties of groups is found for which that equation holds.
