Nilpotency criteria for multiplicative Lie algebras Original Research Article

A multiplicative Lie algebra is a (possibly nonabelian) group with an extra binary function which satisfies a non-commutative version of the usual axioms of the Lie bracket. We define nilpotency with respect to this function and we prove several nilpotency criteria which extend known results about groups and Lie algebras.
