Abstract :
The health care industry is competitive. Because of the level of education, training, and expertise that a person is required to obtain before entering most health care professions, capable and proficient job candidates are sought after by many different organizations as soon as they qualify to enter the industry. Once a highly skilled person has accepted a position, he or she will still be fielding counteroffers well into his or her transition period.
