Abstract :
Nursing research is moving to center stage in many American hospitals. Issues in quality, the movement to increase evidence-based practice, and an increasing interest in Magnet status are a few of the main driving forces. This article details the development and implementation of a hospital-based applied nursing research program from concept to implementation in 30 days providing detailed operational and evaluation plans.
