Abstract :
The fast-paced rapid-change environment of health care requires effective tools to help leaders quickly monitor performance and make adjustments in programs and activities to achieve and maintain success. Tools such as dashboards have been developed to manage and report progress on performance. Dashboards can provide a simple visual representation of key performance measures in relation to identified targets or benchmarks for the nursing research programs.
