On reduction of elements of the full matrix superalgebra to a block-diagonal form by conjugation Original Research Article

A structure of linear operators in the finite-dimensional supercase is considered. In particular, we get the sufficient conditions for matrices of these operators to have a block-diagonal form with respect to some basis. An approach is based on the concept of the characteristic polynomial in the supercase.
