Componentwise pseudospectrum of a matrix

Given a nonnegative weight matrix E defining componentwise structured perturbations , we introduce a componentwise pseudospectrum of a square matrix A as contour sets of the function , where ρ(M) is the spectral radius of a square matrix M, and discuss how to compute it.
