Double jeopardy: two possible causes of sudden death in a previously healthy man

A case of the simultaneous occurrence of two rare causes of sudden death is reported. A previously healthy man was shown to have anomalous coronary circulation, with the left main coronary artery coursing between the great arteries, and Brugada syndrome raising the possibility of an association between these findings.
