Abstract :
Au nanoparticles have been prepared by the reaction of HAuCl4 and sodium diphenylamine sulfonate in the presence/absence of poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP) at room temperature. The nanoparticles were characterized by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-Vis absorption spectrum. The research showed that the molar ratio of PVP/ HAuCl4 has effect on the size and the morphology of Au nanoparticles. C 2006 Springer Science + Business Media, Inc
