Abstract :
Job engagement is the concept of investigation on one’s complete self in a job role which requires analyzing the results of this engagement that is a connection mediator between value, perceived organizational support and functional self-evaluation and three dimension of job performance, including task performance, organizational citizenship behavior and work groups. The statistical society of this survey is 376 numbers of staffs in Tehran Sepah bank. As for the validity and standardizing structures of the survey, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method has been used and the reliability of the survey was achieved by measuring Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire 0/93. The survey is a descriptive survey of the kind scaling and correlation based on usage vision and method. The conceptual model of the survey is confirmed by the structural equation modeling method, using Lisrel software. At the final, findings of the survey based on the results gained by structural equations present that the relation between independent variables of value suitability on inner motivation, perceived organizational protection on intrinsic motivation, functional self-evaluation on job engagement variables, job interest and inner motivation, and also job engagement on organizational citizenship behavior and Team work, job interest on Team work, job satisfaction on Team work and intrinsic motivation on Team work are not significant, so other ways of the survey are significant.
