Studying the role of knowledge on efficiency of National Bank staff in Ardebil Province

ABSTRACT: In todayʹs competitive world, efficiency as a philosophical and vision -based strategy is the most important goal in any organization and can act like a chain which can control activities of all sectors of society. Present study is a descriptive-measuring research aiming at examining the role of knowledge on efficiency of National Bank staff in Ardebil Province. Subjects were selected from staff of National Bank of Ardebil. Random sampling was according to Morgan table in which 136 subjects were chosen. In order to collect the data for the independent variable, knowledge management standard questionnaire and for the dependent variable, standard questionnaire based on the theory of Paul Hersey and Kenneth Blanchard with five-item Likert scale was used. Collected data were analyzed by two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics (analysis of variance) using spss software. Results of this study suggest that there is a significant difference between different levels of knowledge and staff efficiency. Effect of knowledge creation process levels (creation, modeling, procedures and performance) on the efficiency of staff was different.
