Determination and prioritization of factors affecting the consent that may be won by a customer in Iranian oil industry

Oil industry in Iran is one major one that has been always focused on for profitability by policymakers and politicians because it dates back to a hundred year for its precedence. Extended activities and functions, important strategies and higher circulation of money in this industry have caused the oil industries to be always noted as great demands by many corporations and agencies. One of the economic sectors that have anything to do with the oil and Gas industry is R&D center. Ever-increasing development of technology (T) in prospecting, digging, exploitation, transference, refinery and petro-chemistry industries have caused these industries to always need development and optimization plans. in spite of the fact that there is a relatively long history in oil prospecting, exploitation, and refinery in Iran(I.R.I), R&D center in this industry is rather newly established and at present , all organizations involved in it only consist of a few public centers and a limited number of private firms the number of which barely exceeds twenty. Thank to the greatness and extensiveness off oil industries, there are already both a wide range of activities and operations on one hand and a limited number of pro-active R& D firms in the area of oil and gas with an additionally serious competition between corporations and R & D organization in winning research projects in this marketplace. Moreover, these agencies do try to raise their shares of R & D funds. This study has been designed to identify the different variables that influence the consents feet by oil companies of research projects in the Iranian oil industry and classify or rate these variables to pick out these variables that rank top as to win the consents of those customers who search for research projects.
