Abstract :
ABSTRACT: The aim of the present research was analyzing organizational DNA of Esfahan Province sport and youth offices according to Honold and Silverman model in cultural activities and affairs. This research was descriptive-surveying and of the type of applied research. The statistical population included managers and experts in Esfahan province sport and youth offices for 2011 (52 people) and regarding the research statistical population, the no. of samples were considered to be equal to the no. of the society. The measuring tool of the research was the researcher made questionnaire according to Honold and Silverman model, which its reliability and validity were tested for the research (Alpha Cronbach coefficient of equal to 79%). SPSS ver.15 software was used for analyzing the data and the results were obtained by using statistical tests such as signal variable t-test and Friedman test. The results showed that there is no significant difference between the obtained average values from cultural activities and affairs components, and their factors (decision making, inter-personal relations, changing processes and viewing the benefits) with the assuming average of (3)(P?0.05). Also, the results showed that in cultural activities and affairs components, the organizational DNA has conceptual basis, and has factual basis in decision making element. Organizational DNA has individualist basis in inter-personal relations, factual basis in changing processes element and conceptual basis for the element regarding the views towards benefits.
