Abstract :
Nowadays, people who have social capital are important for organizations and somehow are considered scarce assets, so importance of considering of factors that affect on social capital will be day-to-more days. Organizational justice can be one of these factors. In this study, have been investigated the relationship perceived organizational justice on the amount of staffʹ social capital. Statistical population for this study is consisted 130 staff of Physical Education General Department of Ilam province, Iran which between them 97 as the sample was selected with Morgan table for a period of the first 6 months in 2012. So this study is descriptive-survey type of correlation. For data collection was used the questionnaires of perceived organizational justice (Colquitt et al. 2001), which includes 24 questions and a questionnaire of social capital including 16 questions collected by researchers. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by a group of university professors. Also their reliability was obtained measured by Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient for the first questionnaire 0.717 and the second questionnaire 0.817. By using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analyzes researched data. Results in 0/095 showed that perceived organizational justice on the social capital of staff has a significant and positive effect. In other words, it is direct relationship between justice and social capital means by increasing perceived organizational justice, social capital of staff is also increasing. Also, Interactional justice has the highest of correlation.
