Abstract
Merger and acquisition as one of the most widely strategies used for growth &development,
in which companies seek for potentials and opportunities of other organizations’ capabilities. Studies
conducted at the domestic and international research projects show that majority of mergers and
acquisitions fail later. This article adopting a process view of operations and using mixed method,
analyzes the roots of the success or failure of its samples (among the firms in a same value chain).
According to literature review, the key word in this view is integration. Proposed model in this article
explains the main elements of integration intent, integration possibility, integration ability and dynamics
between them for successful operation integration and achieving organizational goals. This study
according to survey method tries to analyze the correlation and regression between identified variables
which effect on the success of collaboration.
