A new algorithm to promote public oriented urban planning

Metropolis daily extending has made many new emerging problems in different social parts. These new coming problems potentially need new tools which are based on new technologies. As information technology has expanded in different layers of people’s life, this article proposes a new algorithm to promote public participation in urban planning process. This algorithmic consist of 3 techniques including Brainstorming, concurrent engineering and Delphi which leads to optimum usage of public creativity to discover present problems that urban programs are aimed to solve and also to find solutions for found problems by creative public suggestions . At the end some Strengths and weaknesses of the proposed algorithm is presented to judge the efficiency of suggested algorithm.
