Abstract :
Governing conditions on different social, political, and economical areas in twenty-one
century implies the fact that organizations working in international level, have to reserve
their sublimity and prominence, or at least their existence and survival choosing proper
and convenient approaches. Considering the social movement towards technology
revolution, one of those relevant approaches is using the new concept of teleworking
organization. Regarding six elements of structure, staff, technology, duties, environment,
and culture, teleworking organization, considering the characteristics of industry unit,
while promoting the profitability, is about to cause effective rise in state and private
organizations and corporations. Research findings express the fact that Payam-e-Noor
University, expects with technology which received the least point, has no compatibility
with other five elements of teleworking organization model. Improving necessary
infrastructures for each element, we offer involved managers and authorities to take
actions according to base contexts and deducted codes of this research. Further
researchers also can thematically and locally expand the examination range of
teleworking organization model in other organizations.
