Nondegeneracy, Relative Differentiability, and Integral Representation of Weak Markov Systems

By constructing a weakly degenerate weak Markov system we show that differentiability of any order is not sufficient for the existence of an integral representation. An analytic weak Markov system is normalizable with a nonnegative function and an analytic (strong) Markov system.
