Abstract
In the present paper we investigate exponential convergence and instability of finite-dimensional dynamical systems determined by uncertain ordinary differential equations. Our approach is based on the constructive use of matrix-valued Lyapunov functions. Examples are given which illustrate the improvement of the proposed conditions.
