Newton representation for stationary flows of some class of nonlinear dynamical systems

A new parametrization for higher order differential equations is introduced. It turns them into a set of Newton equations with canonical Hamiltonian structure. When applied to stationary flows of soliton equations, this parametrization leads to new integrable Hamiltonian systems.
