Abstract :
This research aims to studying the relationship between willingness to teleworking, work-family
conflicts and career aspiration of staffs of Isfahan National Health Service (NHS) Company. The
nature of this study is descriptive and correlational. Population of this study includes all staffs of
Isfahan NHS Company in years 2012-2013 and consists of 103 staffs selected by simple random
sampling. For data collection, a self-developed questionnaire for evaluation of willingness to
telework, Net Mayer and Mc Marian’s questionnaire (1996) of work and family conflict and
Shoufli et al questionnaire of career aspiration were used. Results of the study imply that
willingness to telework has a significant relation with work and family conflicts and career
aspiration.
