Correlations in a one-dimensional hysteresis model

We present exact results for the spin–spin correlations of a one-dimensional simple hysteresis model. The model properties are obtained from non-equilibrium states of an Ising lattice with random local fields. Long-range correlations σ0σn are of the form nexp(−λn) rather than exp(−λn).
