“Cosmological” expansion of the electron gas

Kinetics of the system of charged particles with the repulsing Coulomb interaction having no compensating charge (the electron gas) is under consideration. It is shown that the mentioned system and kinetics of gravitationally attracting objects in the nonrelativistic approximation, which is constructed on the basis of the Jeans kinetic equation with a self-consistent gravitational field have much in common. Stability of the obtained spatially homogeneous and isotropic solution with respect to small perturbations is studied. The collisions accounting for the kinetics of the electron gas is given and generalization of the theory for an anisotropic case is also performed.
